Spicy Chicken Legs This dish can be served with white rice, buttered corn, and a side of stir-fried vegetables. The entire combination makes for a fantastic dinner option.
Ingredients - 4 lbs chicken legs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper, for taste
- Hot sauce
Preheat the oven at 475F. Place the chicken legs on paper towel. After sometime, place the chicken in a bowl, add salt and black pepper on top to coat properly. You can even use garlic powder or onion powder and paprika to coat. Next add the olive oil and use tongs to mix everything properly. Take a baking sheet to spread the chicken legs on top.
