Ingredients
  • 4, lb lobster tails, frozen
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 3 lemons zest
Directions

First of all, thaw the frozen tails. To cook the tails, get 4 skewers with you. First we will prepare the lemon butter. Take a pan and melt the butter on medium heat. Once it's completely melted, pour in 2 different bowls evenly and let it sit for about 5 minutes. Remove any foam that is on top of the butter. In a different bowl, take lemon zest and add the butter in it; mix everything properly. Get the grill going, preheat it or add coal. You need to cut the top shell straight down (don't cut the bottom shell), pull it out, and insert each skewers properly. Coat the tails with the lemon butter generously. Wrap the meat in aluminum foils and place on the grill to cook for about 15 minutes. When you serve, pour the remaining lemon butter over the tails and enjoy.
