Easy Oven Barbecued Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves (skinless)
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil or Canola oil
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • Grill seasoning
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
Directions

Preheat the oven at about 350 F. Wash the chicken breasts carefully under cold water and pat dry. Place it on a plate and spill 2 teaspoons of oil all over the chicken generously. Also sprinkle grill seasoning and wrap it well. Arrange the entire mixture in a shallow baking dish which is greased with olive oil. Add the dressed chicken breast to the pan and mix it well. Next tightly cover the baking pan with foil and place it in the oven for baking. Bake for about 20-30 minutes until the chicken is tender and soft. Serve hot and enjoy!

Simple Baked Chicken Breast Recipe

Ingredients
  • cup olive oil (or melted butter and not margarine)
  • 4 split chicken breasts (not skinless/nor boneless)
  • Seasoned salt (as per taste)

In the first place, you will have to rinse the chicken breasts thoroughly but lightly under cold running water. Pat dry. Next take a baking pan and coat it with cup of olive oil or butter and warm it up a bit. Add the chicken breasts to it. Roll the chicken breast in the pan nicely so that olive oil covers it well. Add salt to the mixture or any other seasonings if you wish. Next you will have to bake the entire mixture in an oven for about 45 minutes to about an hour in a 350 degrees preheated oven. Keep a close watch after 45 minutes mark, to just check if it doesn't get overcooked or dried by any chance. Poke a fork to check if it's cooked. If it is, turn off the oven and serve the fresh oven-baked chicken breast in a plate and enjoy your meal!

Walnut Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
  • 4 boneless chicken breast halves
  • Lemon Juice
  • 6 tablespoons melted butter
  • 3 cups bread crumbs (toasted)
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • cup chopped celery
  • cup chopped walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons parsley flakes
  • Seasoned pepper and salt
  • teaspoon seasoned salt
Directions

Preheat the oven at about 350 F. Now in a cooking pan, mix half of the butter, all the bread crumbs, celery, walnuts, onion, teaspoon seasoned salt, and adequate amount of water to moisten the whole mixture. Next take 4 squares of aluminum foil and grease it with butter. Stuff all of this chicken on the foil and then place the baking sheet over it. Squeeze lemon juice along with some butter on both sides of the foil. Fold the foil individually to make 4 separate packages. Place all the foils in the oven and bake it for about 40 minutes. After the 40 minutes mark, open the foil and cook the chicken for another 15 minutes, so that the content it gets cooked all over the inside too!
