  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice

  • cup light sour cream
  • teaspoon salt

Method of Preparation
All the ingredients for the marinade need to be whisked together in a medium bowl and kept aside. You need to cut each chicken thigh in half. Then place the chicken pieces in a large zip lock bag. Add the marinade to zip lock bag shake gently to coat chicken pieces with marinade. Keep the bag in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or up to 24 hours for marinating.
