Ingredients
  • 8 ounces of shredded cheese
  • 4 ounces butter
  • 2/3 cup flour

Chicken Nachos
Ingredients
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 1 can black beans
  • 1 diced tomato
  • 1 lb shredded cheese
  • diced onion
  • 10 oz sour cream
  • 2 cups guacamole
  • 2 cups salsa
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • 2 fresh diced jalapenos
  • 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Directions
To start with this delicious Italian appetizer, first grill the boneless chicken along with some onions, peppers and garlic in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F. On a flat tray, place the nachos first and add one layer of cheese with another layer of chips. Then add some cheese and add a layer of black beans over the earlier layer. Then add the chicken breasts over the tray of nachos or tortilla chips, with a heavy topping of cheese. Place this tray in the oven for about 5 to 10 minutes, till the cheese melts. In a pan, dice the onions, pepper and lettuce. Remove the tray from the oven and top the nachos with these onions, pepper, lettuce, jalapenos, salsa sour cream and guacamole.

Lettuce Chicken Wraps
Ingredients
  • 1 large head butter lettuce
  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut oil
  • 2 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2/3 cup chopped chestnuts
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 8 minced scallions
Directions
In a skillet, heat the oil over medium flame and add the scallions, chicken and cornstarch. Stir it well till the chicken is cooked. Add the chestnuts, ginger, soy sauce, oyster sauce and salt to cook these ingredients for about a minute. Once the flavors are blended in the dish, serve it with lettuce leaves spread on a serving dish. Place the chicken very carefully over these leaves and wrap the lettuce around the filling. You can use this as one of those lip smacking barbecue recipes which are very easy to make.

Cheese Steak Quesadillas
Ingredients
  • 1 lb provolone cheese
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pack large flour tortillas
  • 1 package Frozen chopped steaks
  • stick of butter
  • 1 green bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup jalapenos
  • 1 cup mushrooms
Directions
To start with this appetizer, dice the onions and pepper finely and chop the mushrooms and jalapenos. In a pan, saute the onions, peppers and the mushrooms, cook the frozen steak with them and add some garlic powder to the mixture. In another pan, add the butter and heat till it melts. Add the tortilla to the pan and add some cheese to it. Then add the mixture of steak and vegetables along with some more cheese. Add another layer of tortilla on top of the mixture and cook it on medium heat. Flip the whole wrap on the pan and turn it slightly golden. Cut into halves while serving and serve with salsa.
