Beef Brisket Recipes


Many wonder what a brisket is. It is the part of cow meat that is taken from below the first five ribs, the breast section, and the upper part of front legs. The brisket tastes good when combined with the right recipe. Apart from the taste, it is also high in calorie content. Texas Smoked Barbecue Brisket

Requirements
10 to 12 pounds of beef brisket
cup of granulated sugar
cup of packed brown sugar
cup of chili powder
cup of ground cumin
cup of freshly cracked black pepper
cup of paprika
cup of kosher salt
2 tablespoons of cayenne pepper

Procedure
Mix salt, sugar, chili powder, brown pepper, black pepper, cayenne pepper, ground cumin, and paprika properly. Apply this mixture to the brisket pieces. Place the brisket on a pre-heated grill, but ensure that the brisket doesn't come in contact with the fire directly. Close the grill cover and open the air outlet about an inch. Cook for 8-10 hours or until the temperature is 165-170 degrees Fahrenheit. After the meat becomes tender, remove the brisket from the grill and serve.

Smoked Brisket with Spicy Peach Sauce

Requirements
4 pounds of beef brisket
2 pounds of peeled peaches
2 tablespoons of chopped ginger
1 shallot
2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
cup of stone ground mustard
cup Worcestershire sauce
cup of granulated sugar
2 seeded habanero peppers
Salt and pepper as per taste

Procedure
Set up a grill to place the brisket. Make peach sauce by mixing butter, ginger, shallot, and habanero peppers. Add Worcestershire sauce to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes after adding mustard and peeled peaches to the mixture, put it in a blender. Add sugar, salt, and pepper to taste. Keep seasoning the brisket with salt and pepper. Apply peach sauce to the brisket every 30 minutes. Cook the brisket for 7-8 hours. This recipe can offer 10-12 serves.

Barbecued Beef Brisket

Requirements
9 pounds of beef brisket
1 cups of beef broth
1/3 cup of vegetable oil
1 teaspoons of dry mustard
cup of Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon of hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1/3 cup of apple cider vinegar
1 1/3 cups of water

Procedure
Mix water, oil, cider vinegar, beef broth, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce, and garlic powder in a large bowl. Place brisket over a pre-heated grill and apply sauce on the brisket occasionally. Cook for 3-4 hours. This recipe can offer 20 serves.

New England Brisket

Requirements
5 pounds of beef brisket
10 pearl onions
1 sliced cabbage
2 cloves of peeled and chopped garlic
6 peeled potatoes
10 peeled carrots
teaspoon of ground pepper
A teaspoon of salt

Procedure
Put the brisket in a frying pan along with cold water. Add garlic and pearl onions. Let it boil at low temperature for 4-5 hours. Remove the brisket from the pan and remove the fat. Add carrots and potatoes to the liquid and cook for about 20 minutes. Add cabbage and cook for an additional 15 minutes without the lid. Apply salt and pepper to the brisket, cut it into pieces, and serve with boiled vegetables.
