Once you have all the ingredients assembled all you need to do is saut garlic in butter with other veggies that is your tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach. After sauting it for a couple of minutes, toss it with the already cooked pasta and to finish drizzle some olive oil and sprinkle breadcrumbs on it. It's ready to be served hot!

Green Rice
Things You'll Need:
  • Rice (Basmati/Regular) - cup
  • Spinach - 1cup
  • Parsley - 1cup
  • Diced Onion - cup
  • Diced Tomatoes - cup
  • White Wine - cup
  • Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper
  • Water
Recipe:
Heat some olive oil in the pan and saut the diced onion for a minute or two. Add rice to it and saut it until it is coated well with oil. Now add wine. When you notice that the rice has absorbed all the wine, add tomatoes and the salt and pepper seasoning. Add some water and cook until the rice becomes tender. Add spinach, combine it well with rice and cook for sometime with the lid off. This will allow the excess water to evaporate. Take the pan off fire and add parsley and a pinch of nutmeg if you'd like to bring in a different flavor. You could also garnish it with some juliennes of onion.

Asian Stir Fry
Things You'll Need:
  • Cabbage - cup
  • Bean Sprouts - cup
  • Broccoli - 1 cup or 3-4 florets
  • Red Bell Peppers - cup
  • Cooked Rice - cup
  • Soy Sauce
  • Olive Oil
Recipe:
Asian stir fry is one of the very simple side dishes. All you need to do for this side dish is, simply saut broccoli, bean sprouts, cabbage and bell peppers in some olive oil. Toss these sauted veggies with cooked rice and add soy sauce. There you go, only 2 to 3 minutes for this great side dish!
